The bill (Reg. No. 2837) suggests determining the mechanisms of exercising financial control among persons authorized to implement functions of a state or local self-government by introducing checks of declarations on property, income, expenditures and commitment of financial nature.
The amendments aim also at improving the provisions of the Law “On Principles of Corruption Prevention and Counteraction”.
It is stipulated to detalize the form of declaration on property, income, expenditures and commitment of financial nature in order to provide for possibility to identify conflict of interests.
